The story follows Mabel, an animal lover who uses a new technology to transfer her consciousness into robotic animals, allowing her to communicate with them. She uncovers mysteries within the animal world beyond her imagination and forms an unlikely alliance with a regal beaver named King George to fight off a real estate developer.
